Services
Trydoperevozka LLC provides local pickup, transportation, and delivery of new household and office furniture in and around Lexington, Kentucky. We do not offer household moving or relocation, passenger transportation, hazardous materials transportation, or heavy tractor-trailer freight services.
Quotes and scheduling
Quote requests are not a confirmed booking until we have reviewed the details and agreed on a pickup and delivery schedule. Scheduled times may change due to traffic, weather, or store and warehouse availability, and we will communicate changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Access restrictions
Customers should ensure the pickup and delivery locations are accessible. Placement of furniture at the destination is subject to access and safety conditions, including stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, and building rules. We may decline to proceed where access is unsafe.
Delivery limitations
Delivery capacity depends on the vehicle's rated weight capacity, cargo dimensions, safe loading limits, and applicable transportation regulations. Oversized, overweight, or unusually heavy items may be declined. All furniture must be properly secured during transportation.
Damage claims
Please inspect your furniture at delivery and tell us about any visible damage as soon as possible, ideally at the time of delivery. Contact us with details and photos so we can review the claim. Claims are reviewed individually.
Regulatory compliance
All transportation services are subject to applicable state and federal commercial transportation, vehicle weight, insurance, and operating authority requirements.
